Welcome to Loading Screen Society (LSS). By joining our community, submitting content, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership

1.1 Membership in LSS is completely free. There are no fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges to join or remain part of the community.
1.2 Membership requires a short introduction when signing up. This is to help foster a friendly environment.
1.3 There are no minimum activity requirements. You may play as often or as little as you wish.

2. Atmosphere and Behaviour

2.1 The atmosphere of LSS is built on positive energy, respect, and entertainment.
2.2 By joining, you agree not to engage in inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful behaviour towards other members.
2.3 Toxicity, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the community.
2.4 Gaming with LSS is to be treated as entertainment, not competition.

3. Content Sharing and Privacy

3.1 Members may choose to record and share their gameplay with LSS for use in edited content (e.g. videos, streams, or social media).
3.2 By submitting or agreeing to have your gameplay published, you grant LSS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and distribute that content for community and promotional purposes.
3.3 Publication and sharing of content are subject to current technical possibilities and available resources, and LSS does not guarantee that all submitted material will be used.
3.4 You remain the owner of your content, and you may request removal of specific material by contacting the LSS admin team.
3.5 Your personal identity and data will never be shared without your clear and explicit permission. You may participate using only a gamer tag or avatar.

4. Core Group

5.1 LSS may maintain a smaller, closed group known as Loading Screen Society Core (name subject to change).
5.2 This group will be limited to approximately 20 members who actively contribute to the channel and community.
5.3 Participation in the Core group is voluntary and does not create additional financial obligations.

5. Disclaimers

6.1 LSS is a community project run for entertainment purposes only.
6.2 We are not responsible for:

• Any technical issues, downtime, or interruptions to our platforms.

• Any disputes between members that occur outside of official LSS activities.

• Any damage to your gaming hardware, software, or data while participating.
  6.3 All content is provided on an “as is” basis.

6. Changes to Terms

7.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time.
7.2 Members will be notified of significant changes via the LSS website or other official channels.
7.3 Continued participation in the community after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Use of Graphics

All graphics, artwork, and designs featured on this website, including those used on merchandise, are the exclusive property of LSS and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• The graphics may only be used for the purpose of purchasing official merchandise through LSS websites.

• Copying, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, or otherwise using these graphics in any form without prior written permission from LSS is strictly prohibited.

• No part of the designs may be modified, adapted, or used to create derivative works without our authorisation.

• Unauthorised use of our graphics may result in legal action.
